  • This depends on the show, opening acts, Check your tickets or our website for that night’s start time. Doors generally open 1 hour before showtime.

  • If its a physical ticket, just give them your ticket. If it’s will call, you will need to contact the box office to name changes. This guarantees that ticket holder names are not wrongfully switched.

  • Items that are found by our staff or customers after a show are kept safe in our gift shop. You can call us at 816-483-1456 during business hours to inquire about recovered items. Please remember, we are not responsible for lost items.

  • Our venue is wheelchair accessible. and some of the tables are ADA  friendly.

  • Our venue has 3 dedicated parking lots just to the west of us and 1 more on the east of the building.
